Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Product significantly different from the description

To request a return, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product where applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval of the returned product, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Eco Dairy will bear the return shipping cost.
