Eco Dairy does not store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization or Cash on Delivery confirmation where applicable.

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, the payment gateway or your bank usually reverses the amount within 5–7 business days. If the issue persists, please contact your bank first and then our customer support.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

Fraud Prevention

Eco Dairy reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or violate our policies.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method in accordance with our Cancellation and Return Policy.
